Serving half your menu on skewers isn’t exactly conventional so it’s no surprise that chef Peter Eco has chosen to forgo the standard wine dinner in favor of a Harpoon pairing at STIX Restaurant & Lounge. On Thursday, June 26th Eco and his team will be putting up a four-course menu designed to complement brews from the Harpoon portfolio – IPA, Summer, Cider, Brown and Raspberry Hefeweizen. Space is limited for the dinner, which costs $60 per person and gets underway at 5:30pm with a cheese-filled reception on the patio.
