Happy as a Clam at Harvest

Famed aquaculturalist, Pat Woodbury, whose clams grace the tables of countless Boston restaurants, makes an appearance as the guest of honor, at the Harvest‘s Happy As A Clam Harvest Review. On Wednesday, April 14th chef Eric Brennan will prepare a delectable five-course dinner featuring clams on the half shell with three sauces; battle of the chowders – New England vs. Manhattan; baked stuffed quahogs; angel hair pasta with a delicious red clam sauce and chorizo; and fresh sorbet from pastry chef Molly Hanson. Wine director Steve Sink will be pairing accompanying wines with each course. The Happy as a Clam dinner costs $39 per person not including tax and gratuity.
