Hamersley’s Michael Ehlenfeldt at Dover-Sherborn

On Tuesday, March 11th, Chef Michael Ehlenfeldt steps out from behind the line at Hamersley’s and returns to the Dover-Sherborn cooking studio to prepare a menu from the freshest New England ingredients. The ever-popular chef Ehlenfeldt will prepare braised artichokes with watercress and verjus vinaigrette, cider glazed pork loin with carmelized apples and leeks, pommes anna, and semolina pudding with winter citrus fruits.
