Stretch your legs and take your pooch out for a spooky après work excursion at the South End Buttery’s Halloween-themed Yappy Hour coming up on Thursday, October 27th. From 5:00-7:00pm the beloved, dog-loving bakery and cafe on Shawmut Avenue will be welcoming doggos and their human companions to drop by for treats like pumpkin beer, candy apples and hot cider. There’ll be prizes (from The Buttery, Polka Dog Bakery & Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa) for the most tricked out pup so start thinking about dog costumes asap. They’ll also be collecting donations for Peter’s Park, a local fave that’s right around the corner (the perfect spot for a post Yappy Hour stroll) so get all dogged – erm, dressed – up and head on over.
