Nobody likes a know-it-all except when it comes to wine. Learn from the experts at Benedetto’s regularly scheduled Sommelier Nights, which afford you the chance to pick the brains of knowledgeable (and personable!) wine professionals who are eager to share their wisdom (and their favorite wines). On Wednesday, July 18th, the Harvard Square restaurant welcomes chef John Ross from Neptune Oyster who’ll be highlighting four varietals that just so happen to pair well with fresh seafood – raw bar and oysters, specifically. To accompany the selections (three of which are Greek), chef Mike Pagliarini will have antipasti di mare and, you guessed it, oysters.
