Guest Chef Chris Bussell at Taranta

On Wednesday, May 7th, join chef Chris Bussell, formerly of Butterfish fame, for five-courses. Bussell takes over the kitchen at Taranta to create bruschetta with roasted peppers, goat’s milk cheese and watercress; pan seared jumbo scallop with sweet pea coulis and shaved prosciutto di Parma; paparadelle with pork and sausage ragu and ricotta salata; roasted rack of lamb with eggplant caponata, braised baby artichokes; polenta cake, Abruzzi chocolate and almond fritters with sweet marsala zabaglione. Since there’s only one seating, (at 6:30pm) there’s limited availability and reservations are required. The price for the evening is either $50 per person or $70 per person with wine pairings.
