On Thursday, September 18th, chef Joshua Botsford welcomes chef Anthony Cinicola of New York’s Le Cirque 2000 to 33 Restaurant and Lounge for a four course tasting menu highlighting late summer seasonal favorites. Start with hors d’oeuvres at 6:30pm. Sit down to a dinner of calamari, shrimp, scallop, tomato petal, and white wine farro with sherry vinaigrette, followed by canneloni filled with chicken and vegetable mousse, tomato crouton, roasted pepper and tomato coulis at 7:00pm. Pace yourself ‘though, roasted lamb loin with chic pea, broccoli rabe and semolina gnocchi comes next, followed ultimately by an as-yet-undisclosed dessert.
