Verona Via Beacon Hill

Grotto Facebook

You might think Italian cuisine is all the same, but Grotto is ready to teach you about the regional food specialties in a very delicious way. Every month, they’re exploring the dishes and wines of Italy’s 12 largest cities. The tasting journey begins on Wednesday, September 19th with an exploration of Verona, which you may know as the setting for Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet. Through your plate and your glass, you’ll experience the simple & hearty fare of this region along with their robust & fruity wines for $65 per person. Can’t make the prix fixe dinner on the 19th? They’ll have a la carte specials from the Taste of Verona menu through the end of September. Seats are limited, so book your table online or call 617.227.3434.
