Great Bounty & Great Wines at Great Bay

On Tuesday, November 15th, chef Lee Chizmar welcomes <b?Eva Sommaripa from Eva’s Greens in South Dartmouth to Great Bay for a Harvest Dinner for the ages. In celebration of New England’s fall harvest, Chizmar and Sommaripa (and a collection of her farming brethren) will be collaborating on a five-course menu featuring locally grown ingredients like sassafras, savory, and chickweed in dishes like roasted chestnut ravioli with sunchoke puree and an autumn olive sauce, for example. Wine guru, Neal Rosenthal, provides the pairings for the evening. The dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, costs $110 per person, including tax and gratuity.
