Coppa Hosts a Night of Gluten-Free Eats

Gluten-free folks, it’s your lucky day! Well. Wednesday, February 23rd is your lucky day, technically. Coppa, the beloved South End enoteca from dynamic culinary duo Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette, will be going gluten-free for the evening, making their classic pizzas, pastas, sweets and snacks in wheat-free versions. And it’s not just the menu that’s gluten-less, the entire kitchen and facilities will be deep-cleaned beforehand so there’s no chance of cross-contamination.

Reservations for this one-night-only event are available between 5:00 and 9:30pm by way of OpenTable so book your spot asap for on-site dining. If you don’t get your ideal time slot (or if you just don’t feel like taking off your WFH pants), they’ll also be making the menu available for takeout and delivery, too. Whether you’re allergic or steer clear for other reasons, you can relax and enjoy all the carbs without a gluten-related care in the world.
