Bambara Chef David Bazirgan is on a mission to make your midday meal matter again with a two-course, prix fixe lunch menu inspired by cuisine from around the globe. Each month will feature a different country’s fare – he started in Italy before hitting France and Japan, and then stuck closer to home during the summer months with a menu inspired by the American South. Available Monday through Friday from 11:30am until 2:00pm, the prix fixe is just $20 per guest and includes an appetizer and an entree.
