Giuliano Bugialli Dinner at Bricco

Chef Marisa Iocco welcomes chef and top-selling cookbook author Giuliano Bugialli to Bricco on Monday, October 31st for a reception and four-course dinner straight from the pages of his latest tome, The Foods of Parma. Designed to nourish the body and the spirit, the menu for the evening includes Parma prosciutto and gnocchi fritti; squash tortelli with brown butter and parmigiano; braised veal shank with egg and potato frittata, and organic vegetable stew; and Parma sacher with apricot jam. The evening gets underway at 6:30pm and costs $125 per person, which includes an autographed copy of the cookbook for each pair of diners. Reservations can be made by calling 617.248.6800.
