Raphael Bar Risto plays host to Giuliano Bugialli on Monday, April 7th when the renowned chef, author and teacher stops in Providence to prepare a multi-course dinner to celebrate the publication of his latest cookbook, Guiliano Bugialli Cooks the Foods of Naples and Campagnia. The authentic southern-coastal menu, designed by Bugialli and executed by chef Raphael Conte, highlights the familiar in the simple, peasant style of cuisine associated with the region.
