This holiday season, Tosca in Hingham welcomes guests for a class on how to make your own, one-of-a-kind, gingerbread house masterpiece. Tosca’s award-winning pastry chef, Maria Cavaleri Gilardo teaches the do-it-yourself gingerbread house seminar on Saturday, December 11th from 12:00-3:00pm. Students will learn how to make the dough, and chef Gilardo will offer hands-on assistance while the group makes and decorates their houses. Students will take their creations home with them with some extra cookies for adding a wing or remodeling. The class costs $45 per person.
