On Saturday, July 30th, the crew at the Quincy’s Liberty Tavern channels their love of country music into a fun day of food and drink. Inspired by one of their favorite events of the summer: Countryfest at Gillette Stadium, they’ll be rolling out a Kenny Chesney-inspired brunch menu (with a design a la a concert ticket), food and bev specials, trivia, and a custom playlist.

Drinks names are inspired by country music fans’ fave guys, like the “Florida Georgia Lime” featuring Deep Eddy lime vodka and the Toby Peach, a spin on boozy peach iced tea. Similarly, the food specials are inspired by the likes of Kacey Musgraves, Blake Shelton, and Tim McGraw, with names like Mind Your Own Biscuits (+ Gravy),  A Little Bit of Chicken Fried Pizza, and Do You Want Fries with That. Liberty Tavern’s brunch series has been quite popular, so be sure to book a reservation online here ahead of time for a table between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
