Get some holiday wine pairing inspiration on Wednesday, December 7th at Ledger in Salem with a Nebbiolo & Friends tasting party. The popular Wine Wednesdays series returns this month with a spread of six generous tastes of northern Italian selections shared at the community table, paired up with a selection of snacks from chef Daniel Gursha. Wine director Scott Lefler will be on hand to talk you through the informal tasting of some of the Ledger team’s favorite bottles from Dedham’s Mucci Imports, plus James Mucci himself will be there for proper tale-telling — so you might want to practice your Italian varietal pronunciations ahead of time with Mucci’s handy audio guide. The tasting runs from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the elegant eatery, located inside the historic Salem Savings Bank building at 125 Washington Street.
