Tis’ the season for all things tuna, and there’s no better way to celebrate this year’s catch than at Pagu’s Tuna Fest on Wednesday, August 21st. Chef Tracy Chang and her Cambridge crew are teaming up with Wulfs Fish for an over-the-top tuna experience that’ll feature fresh tuna in all its forms, scooped right off the rib with a shell, giant collars, handrolls, a ceviche station, seafood paellas and more. Hook some tickets here for $89 per person (plus tax and tip) for either a 6:00 or 7:30 entry, which includes tons of “snackrels” (both stationary and passed) and one drink ticket. Bring a few extra dollars for sips of Farthest Star Sake at the cash bar, and definitely pack an appetite because there’ll be tons of tuna to go around.
