Get in a sleighbell state of mind in Belmont on Thursday, November 17th at the first annual Sip, Shop & Stroll. A whole bevy of local businesses will be in on the action from 4:00 to 8:00pm with goodies, giveaways, special seasonal discounts, and lots of holiday cheer.
Stop by any of your favorite participating spots ahead of the event to pre-register for a $10 contribution and grab your custom wine glass. Then head to Belmont Center — just 15 minutes from downtown Boston — to meander to and from your faves for sips and treats from The Wellington, Il Casale, Cuvee Wines, Leon & Co., Patou Thai, Stonehearth Pizza, Quebrada Bakery, Rancatore’s Ice Cream, and A Chocolate Dream, sprinkled in with shopping at Belmont Books, Cheeky Monkey Home and Local Root, to name a few. Check out a list of participating vendors below, or just work your way around town and explore — that’s the fun part!
The funds from your contribution will go to supporting the Belmont Food Collaborative/Belmont Helps, a non profit organization that works to help Belmonters in need with groceries and meals, warm clothes, refugee resettlement, community gardening, farmers markets and more, so you can feel good about spreading some good cheer to folks in need this season.
