Chef Camillo Diaz branches out a little at Casablanca, adding a mini menu of meats on sticks to the restaurant’s Monday and Tuesday night offerings. The Skewer Menu features an assortment of kebabs (beef, shrimp, lamb, chicken and veggie) and sauces (tzatziki, salsa verde and charmoula) which can be mixed and matched for just $5. Choose three skewers and two sauces to make yourself a little Mediterranean pick me up. They’ve even got sticks in their cocktails – each of the $8 cocktails on the menu comes with the appropriate accoutrement neatly pinned with a toothpick. The martini comes with antipasti , the Dark and Stormy comes with candied lime and the Manhattan is dressed with cherries.
