Get Ready to Cook with Ming Tsai on Insta Live

PBSFood Instagram

Tune in to the PBS Instagram on Thursday, May 7th for the next installment of Ming Tsai’s weekly at-home cooking tutorial. This time around, the Blue Dragon chef-owner and host of Simply Ming will be walking everyone through the ins and outs of shrimp okonomiyaki, a savory Japanese cabbage pancake, and a special “saketini” cocktail. As has become the custom, Tsai will be working with whichever family members he can rope into helping out (in the kitchen and behind the camera) and you’ll be able to comment and ask questions in real time. You can even cook along – the ingredients are included below so you can grab them on your next trip to the store. The instructional culinary fun starts at 3:00pm – set a reminder so you don’t miss a minute.
