Island Creek Oyster Bar in Burlington is breaking out the riot gear for another Riesling Riot on Sunday, August 4th. They’ve invited Paul Greico, Riesling-freak and owner of NYC’s Terroir, who will join ICOB’s team of wine experts and sommeliers to give you the skinny on this deliciously dry (not sweet!) and much misunderstood grape. The event runs from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, where you’ll taste your way to supreme Riesling knowledge, with snack pairings from chef Matty and the kitchen crew. Tickets are $60; get ‘em here.
