This month’s Apple Street Farm Supper Club at FRANK is taking a trip to the Mid Atlantic. Head to the much-loved North Shore spot named for chef Frank McClelland on Tuesday, August 2nd for a dinner of fresh crab, beans, local pork, trout, and more, all paired with selections from their impressive wine list. See the full menu below, then just take your pick from either of two seatings at 5:30 and 7:45pm – available here and here, respectively for $125 each, which includes all your food and wine. “Johnny Cake” Maryland crab salad with caviar, Old Bay, herbs and flowers
Trout, lightly cured with cucumber, borage, buttermilk emulsion and dill
Smoked Short Rib with peach BBQ sauce, spicy peanuts, runner bean and corn succotash and scallions
Chess Pie with blackberry, buttermilk and bay leaf
