Chef Colin Lynch of Bar Mezzana is a big Patriots fan, and this Super Bowl Sunday he wants to help you all celebrate by taking the kitchen stress out of your game day rituals. Inspired by the pizza place cut-out coupons of his youth, Chef Colin has prepared a half dozen deals you can order and pick up to make your Super Bowl party extra delicious. From Finger Lickin’ Ribs to his (soon to be famous) Wings Like No Other, the chef has all the tailgate treats you know and love but probably didn’t want to prepare yourself. - Finger Lickin’ Ribs Deal: Baby back ribs dry-rubbed, slow-smoked, and covered with plenty of peppery, vinegar-based sauce. Just the right among to sweet, savory and spice! (1/2 rack for $21, full rack for $39)
- Big Hoagie Special: 36-month aged prosciutto, Toscano salami, imported mortadella, and picante provolone, on housemade focaccia bread with Giardiniera spicy spread and olives, tomato, lettuce and red onion. (6 hoagies for $60, 24 hoagies for $180)
- Wings Like No Other: Whole wings (drumstick and wingette), marinated in buttermilk overnight, fried with corn starch for the ultimate crunch, tossed with Calabrian chili and honey, and served with gorganzola crema and celery. (1/2 dozen for $18, or a dozen for $32)
- Dip Into 7-Layers: The best dip ever — refried beans, guacamole, tomato, jack cheese, crema, olives, cilantro and scallions. Served with freshly-fried tortilla chips, lime, and a side of salsa. (serves 10 people for $30)
