From Maine to the Mediterranean

Chef Ruth-Anne Adams welcomes James Beard Award nominees Sam Hayward, chef and co-owner of Portland, Maine’s Fore Street Restaurant, and Nancy Harmon Jenkins Maine writer and author of The Essential Mediterranean for an evening celebrating two great places where food traditions are strong, healthy and delicious. On Wednesday, April 14th, join them at Casablanca at 7:00pm for a dinner featuring Maine ingredients and Mediterranean flavors – a preview of Maine Fare, the upcoming celebration of Maine’s culinary heritage and diversity.
