On Wednesday, September 16th experience the wines of one of California’s best and most eco-friendly wineries at the Sherborn Inn. General Manager of Frog’s Leap Winery Jonah Beer will join the inn’s wine director Michael Curran for an evening to discuss their organic and sustainable practices as well as their green operation (the entire winery and tasting room is solar and geo-thermal powered). Chef Robert Fathman will be in the kitchen ensuring that his five-course meal pairs perfectly with these special wines – with dishes like crystallized ginger and gorgonzola dolce tartina; homemade potato gnocchi; and standing beef rib roast it’s a pretty safe bet.
