Chef Alex Saenz is reviving the weekly fried chicken tradition from back in the day at BISq. On Friday, April 24th and Saturday, April 25th he’ll be batching and packing up four piece chicken dinners, complete with mashed potatoes, broccoli and Little Leaf Farms greens for $35. There are a la carte extras like pasta sauce and whole milk ricotta by the pint if you’re looking to add to your at-home stores. There’s a handful of beers available and Paul Manzelli has crafted some cocktail mixers to up your drink-making game.
