Here’s a crispy, crunchy, chicken-y way to celebrate the Fourth – Finger Lickin’ Chicken Dinners from your friends at Viale. On Monday, July 4th, chef Greg Reeves and his team at the Central Square mainstay will be offering fried goodness by the bucket for on-site diners and take-out-ers both so you can toast to Independence Day with a little bit of southern flair. Whatever size you order – three, six or nine pieces – your meal comes with tasty sides of mac and cheese, calabrian chili cornbread and coleslaw.
