Friday Wine Dinners at Le Soir

Chef Mark Allen reinvents Le Soir’s popular Friday Wine Dinner Series in 2006. This year the monthly dinners, which take place on the third Friday of every month and cost $95 per person, will begin at 7:00pm with a wine and passed hors d’oeuvres reception followed shortly thereafter by a four-course dinner complete with paired wines. The first dinner, scheduled for Friday, January 20th, celebrates winter foods with a menu of quail stuffed with date-walnut chutney with creamed barley or braised lamb shank with wild mushroom risotto and roasted root vegetables.
