Frenchtown Farms Wine Dinner at Forage

Frenchtown Farms Instagram

Forage is going all-in on natural wines at this week’s weekly wine dinner on Tuesday, January 17th with a menu dedicated to California’s Frenchtown Farms. Chef Eric Cooper has a fantastic four-course menu designed to show off Aaron and Cara Mockrish’s elegant, terroir-driven wines that come from grapes grown on the steep, rocky slopes of North Yuba in the Sierra Foothills of California.

Grab a reservation here between 5:30 and 8:45pm for courses including Poached Char Salad with NE style cornbread paired with 2021 The Pearl Thief; and Grilled Sweet Potato with indigo beans, kohlrabi, sage & pistachio pistou, chili oil paired with 2019 Sub Rosa, or order your dinner to take home here. Dinner to dine-in at Forage’s cozy Cambridge dining room is $95 per person (before tax and tip) and $160 to-go for two people. Check out the full menu below for both omnivores and vegetarians, and give the restaurant a call at 617.576.5444 if you have any Qs.
