While it might not be quiiiite sweater weather yet, it’s definitely the perfect temperature for getting a little dressed up for a swanky night out at Mooo…. Burlington on Thursday, September 21st. Chef Jamie Mammano’s team at the stately steakhouse has a super stylish Albert Bichot Wine Dinner lined up starting at 6:00pm with passed bites of ceviche, aged blue cheese crostini and sips of 2018 Maison Albert Bichot, Aligoté, Bourgogne, France.
Once the cocktail hour is over everyone will be treated to four luxurious plated courses including Maine Lobster with Sweet Corn and Vermont Butter paired with 2021 Maison Albert Bichot, Chablis, France; and of course it wouldn’t be a trip to Mooo…. without a little beef so there’ll be Tenderloin of Beef Wellington with Foie Gras, Madeira, and Mushroom Duxelles paired with 2020 Maison Albert Bichot Bourgogne, Vielles Vignes de Pinot Noir, France.
