Forage’s ‘Best Of’ Wine Dinner

Forage

Forage asked their staff to pick their favorite bottles for the first wine dinner of 2023, and you’ll want to get down to the cozy dining room on Tuesday, January 10th to try them all. Chef Eric Cooper has a four-course meal prepared to match up with the best wines of the past year, including Marinated Tofu with roasted sunchokes, laver and mint paired with 2021 “Les Terres Blanches” Sancerre, Dauny; and Green Peppercorn Rubbed Hanger Steak with wild rice, winter spinach, cranberry veal jus and mustard paired with 2019 “Myrmidon” M Petit, Languedoc.

Check out the full menus below (you can choose omnivore or vegetarian) and make a reservation here to dine in for $95 per person, or order your dinner to take home here for $160 for two people (both prices are before tax and tip). Forage has a fabulous wine dinner every Tuesday night and if you want to stay in the know, sign up for their email newsletters on the bottom of their website, or keep an eye on their Instagram for updates.
