Post 390’s Farm to Post dinner series continues with their latest installment, Foraged & Wild, on Wednesday, September 13th. Chef Nick Deutmeyer has designed a four-course meal with beverage pairings that utilizes wild ingredients from local foragers who’ll be on hand to answer guest questions. with smoked boar sausage, milk poached loin, charred re-claimed fruit, spicy wild watercress and local sea salt

Peaches & Cream with Foraged Things
poached peaches, seeded red huckleberry pound cake, candy cap mousse and rose syrup
