The dynamic wine-loving duo behind the goings-on at Forage, chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert, has mapped out a new spring line-up for their Tuesday Wine Dinners. Have a look at the game plan below and book your table to enjoy a four-course menu expertly paired with wines along a particular theme – Argentinian, Tuscan, effervescent and ones that play nicely with asparagus, for example. Dinner and drinks run $50 per person, unless noted otherwise, and reservations can be made ahead of time by calling 617.576.5444
