Wine Dinners To-Go

APICHART VONGPAKAYMAS/SHUTTERSTOCK

The dynamic duo behind Forage, chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert, is reviving their weekly wine dinner series with a few adjustments. Each week, Hilbert will highlight a bottle of wine that he’s particularly excited about, while Cooper builds a five-course menu to accompany it and then packs it all up for you to enjoy at home. The whole shebang – food and wine – will be available for pick-up at the Cambridge restaurant on Thursdays. You can add on dessert if you’d like and, as always, there are vegetarian and vegan versions of the menu available. They’re starting out by offering ten of these each week at $120 (which feeds two people) so don’t wait to get your order in. Have a peek at the inaugural menu below to get a sense of what your Thursday night could look like then email your order (or any inquiries) to foragecambridge@gmail.com. It won’t be quite like old times in the Forage dining room but it’ll be pretty close.
