The folks at Forage are outdoing themselves for their next Tuesday Wine Dinner with a festive and seasonally-appropriate sparkling theme. On Tuesday, December 28th, the dynamic wine-loving duo, chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert, will help you welcome the new year a bit early. Take a peek at the menu (there are vegetarian-friendly options) below and book your table for this four-course menu (five-course if you go for the optional cheese course) expertly paired with certified organic and biodynamic bubblies from around the world. The on-site meal is $90 per person or you can have your sparking wine dinner to-go for $140 (for two).
