Orange Wine & Stone Fruit

Forage

This week’s Tuesday wine dinner at Forage (scheduled for Tuesday, August 17th) is all about the sunset vibes as they pair their favorite orange wines with local summer stone fruits. Have a four-course omnivore or vegetarian meal with each dish matched with a different delectable wine thanks to wine guru Stan Hilbert. Savor marinated tofu with spicy peach puree and shishitos, apricot umeboshi (Japanese salted style) with grain salad, saved fennel and herbs, rabbit with sweet corn and black trumpet mushrooms or fried eggplant, an optional paired cheese course (for an extra $25). Finish the night off with a plum clafoutis with cherry plum sorbet. The whole meal (food & wine) is $90 per person or $140 to go for 2 people to share (without tax or gratuity). Take a peek at the full menu below and  book your table now to enjoy this sunkissed dinner at the restaurant’s brick-lined little park or order it online here and get it to-go. Don’t miss out on tasting the best of this summer’s produce and finding your new favorite amber summer wine.
