Forage is having their lucky number 7 birthday on Tuesday, April 18th, and to celebrate they’re putting on an extra special wine dinner with a selection of their all-time favorite pours. Check out chef Eric Cooper’s four-course prix fixe menu below featuring pairings like Charred Scallion Salad with Scallop & Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette and Beet Toast Or Chicken Liver Mousse Toast with 2021 Pinke Pinke, Schloss Muhlenhof, Germany; or Oma with Roasted Mycoterra Mushrooms, Shaved Beets and Cherry Preserves with 2020 “Suck a Rock”, Sylvain Bock, Ardeche.

Wine guru Stan Hilbert will be on hand to give you the lowdown on all the wines, and now that it’s patio season you can toast to the Forage crew under the stars. Grab a reservation here and head to Cambridge between 5:00 and 9:15; dinner is $105 per person before tax and tip. Because of the special occasion, there will be no takeout dinner’s for this week’s menu, so find a birthday-worthy outfit and make a night out of it!
