Forage Explores Summer Reds

Forage

Warm-weather-appropriate red wines get the royal treatment at Forage’s weekly wine dinner scheduled for Tuesday, August 2nd. Let co-owner and wine expert Stan Hilbert guide you through a selection of his favorite thirst-quenching reds just in time for the dog days of summer. Just reserve your spot in the dining room out or out on the patio, if you prefer, and you can try the featured bottles alongside a four-course menu from chef Eric Cooper. He’s working on super summery dishes like mozzarella with fresh tomatoes, potato salad and grilled pork chops with grilled cucumber, blackberries, rye berry salad and fruit ketchup (as well as a whole vegetarian-friendly version, as well). The whole shebang (food and wine) costs $95 per person for on-site dining or $160 per party of two, if you’d rather pick up your dinner and enjoy it at home. Reserve your table online here or place your order for pick-up, as you see fit.
