On Thursday, March 29th, the crew from Foolproof Brewing Company is coming up from Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a four-course beer dinner and tap takeover at Babbo Pizzeria e Enoteca. Strike up a conversation with a few of the Foolproof folks; they’ll have some brewers on-site to chat about their “experience-based brewing” approach. Then, at 7:00pm, take your seat at the table for a meal from Chef Mario LaPosta. Everything’s served family style — so make friends with your neighbor — and paired with Foolproof’s signature ales.
