A Foliage-Inspired Prix Fixe

Eat your greens – and your reds, oranges and yellows – at Hops Test Kitchen’s Harvest Dinner. On Monday, October 17th, chef Brian Miller takes his cues from the season’s hues, with a menu that’s inspired by the changing leaves. Dishes start out green (with a salad of kale and Brussels sprouts) and follow the natural progression right on through to brown (finishing with an apple, vanilla bean and molasses dessert). Peep the menu below – it’s just $58 per person – and call 857.242.4980 for a spot at the 6:30pm seating.
