First Annual Tomato Dinner

Bask in all the seasonal bounty at Sycamore’s first ever (but possibly annual if all goes well) Tomato Dinner on Tuesday, September 10th. Chef-owner Dave Punch and chef Gregory Brodsky will be building a whole four-course menu around the beloved vegetable-that’s-technically-a-fruit, which hits its peak season around these parts around the end of the summer (like a delicious consolation prize). They’ll be working with their friends at Allandale Farm, Ward’s Berry Farm and Verrill Farm to get the best produce, and they’re leaving the evening’s drinks in the more-than-capable hands of Bar Manager Scott Shoer.
