Pasta & Fine Wine at Il Casale

Truffles and pasta and wine, oh my! On Monday, November 12th, Il Casale in Belmont is settling into the season with a six-course tour of Italian pastas and wines, featuring specialties from all over the boot including, of course, white truffles from Alba. At 6:30pm you’ll be warmly welcomed with a glass of bubbles and an assortment of appetizers. That’ll tide you over until you’re seated for the main event: a menu of rigatoni, ravioli, spaghetti and rotolo dressed in regional preparations and paired with regional wines including Barbera, Nebbiolo, and a very special 2014 Barolo.
