Finale Hosts an Intro to Ice Wine

Looking to learn a little more about ice wines? Tuesday, April 12th is your lucky day – Finale is dedicating their spring tasting event to the exploration of these unique wines, made from grapes that have frozen on the vine. Pastry chef Nicole Coady will be picking five of her signature desserts and matching each one with a corresponding wine – the 2006 Inniskillin Vidal accompanies the crème brûlée; the Selaks Marlborough gets paired with the Key lime tart and so on (we don’t want to give everything away).
