No strangers to teamwork, Curt and Shonda Shilling call up a roster of talented chefs for the Shade Foundation‘s fifth annual Bubbles & Bites Gala. Scheduled for Wednesday, December 7th at the Ritz Carlton Boston Common, the swanky tasting event includes nibbles from Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake, Blue Inc., dante, Bricco, The Metropolitan Club, Turner Fisheries and the Bedford Village Inn as well as salads from Olivia’s Organics and desserts from the Hard Rock Café. From 6:30-9:00pm, ticketholders can sample everything while sipping on sparkling wines and champagne, listening to live music from East Coast Soul and trying their luck in the evening’s silent auction and raffle. Tickets cost $150 apiece with proceeds supporting the Shade Foundation’s ongoing mission to prevent skin cancer through education and outreach.
