Available for pre-order starting as soon as now and pick-up from 5:00-7:30pm on Friday, February 19th, the menu from chef-owner Andrew Brady includes versions like the K Pop (with kimchi, cucumber, gochujang mayo and farm egg) and Fire on the Mountain (with housemade habanero hot sauce, cabot clothbound cheddar cheese, pickled apple, shredded cabbage, seeds and cilantro) alongside the Classic (with ‘merican cheese, onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles and their secret sauce).
