Stewart will be joining owner Stan Hilbert and chef Eric Cooper for a three-course meal designed with her natural, low-intervention wines in mind – Lover Girl Pinot Gris gets paired up with Marinated Mozzarella with tomatoes, chickpea cracker and basil, while the Well Rested Pinot Noir is matched with Seven Hills Gigli Pasta with charred eggplant, olives, fettucini, dates and breadcrumbs.
