Chef Dante deMagistris and wine director Mark Goldberger, in conjunction with Palm Bay Imports, welcome guests to blu on Tuesday, September 28th for a five-course dinner paired with six outstanding wines from the Feudi di San Gregorio portfolio. Known for its ability to consistently produce outstanding wines, despite climate change and vintage variation, the winery has received numerous awards and critical acclaim. The dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, will feature some of deMagistris’ southern Italian specialties like forbidden black rice wrapped in Prosciutto San Daniele with poached pear; slow roasted wild boar with El Rey chocolate, baked chickpea gnocco and sour cherry; and chamomile pastry cream filled sfogliatella and apple chutney.
