Start a new Christmas Eve tradition this year at chef Will Gilson’s Italian-inspired Geppetto at Cambridge Crossing with a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes on Saturday, December 24th.
Italians and Italians at heart will enjoy celebrating The Vigil (La Vigilia) together over plates of pastas from guest chef Tony Susi such as Saffron Spaghetti with crab, toasted garlic and lemon; Lobster Lasagna with potato, thyme and bay leaf bechamel; and and decadent Torta Della Nonna with ricotta, candied orange and pine nuts from pastry chef Brian Mercury. Check out the full menu below and maybe skip breakfast that day, because at seven courses it’s a dinner commitment.
Dinner reservations are available between 4:00 and 8:00pm (book your spot here), and costs $100 per person. If you have any Qs give them a call at 617.945.1349, and Keep up with chef Gilson on Instagram for all of his restaurant happenings.
