If you’ve been looking for a reason to check out the all new Sogno Italian restaurant in Woburn, grab a ticket for their first wine dinner coming up on Sunday, November 13th to get the full experience (and then some).

Chef Jason Maynard and Co. will take you on a tour of Tuscany with a fabulous five-course dinner paired with wines from Fattoria Valacchi. Niccolò Sanesi, the owner of the winery, will be joining you for the evening to talk about his family’s dedication to creating true, authentic expressions of Chianti, and growing many lesser-known grape varieties like Ciliegiolo, Colorino, and Malvasia Nera in addition to staple varieties like Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca.

Grab a ticket here and head to 304 Cambridge Road (on the Winchester line) at 6:30pm for an array of Italian eats like Beef Tartare with pickled ramps, risotto chips and bone marrow aioli; and Aged Duck Breast with carrot purée and persimmon agrodolce — take a peek at the full menu below. Sanesi will lead you through each of the wine pairings, and also discuss his family’s balance between old-world Chianti practices and modern winemaking. Tickets are $150 per person and includes all your food and wine (before tax and tip). Check Fattoria Valacchi out on IG for pics of the vineyards, and give Sogno a follow on FB or IG to be the first to know about upcoming events.
