The evening’s three-course prix fixe menu, which costs $48 per person, starts out with New England clam chowder with quahogs, razor clams, double smoked bacon and Prince Edward Island potatoes. The evening’s entrée is a garlic-smeared Wolf’s Neck Farm sirloin with celeriac, potato gratin, green beans and baby carrots.
